Shipping policy

Free shipping:
We offer free shipping in the United States within the lower 48 states and District of Columbia using UPS or USPS ground service, with delivery to your doorstep in 3 to 4 business days. 

Paid and next day shipping:
We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories at an additional cost. 
If you require a faster delivery, we provide a paid UPS Next Day Air service. 

Order processing times:
In an effort to get your phone to you as quickly as possible, if your order is placed before 3 PM ET on a business day it will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 3 PM ET, or on weekends, or on holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Tracking information:
Once the order is processed, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking information will be also available on the Order Status page.

Change of delivery address:
Please note that once an order is placed, we are unable to change the delivery address, so double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@costplusphones.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
